Seven Corners Travel Medical Basic – USA is a travel medical insurance plan designed for non-U.S. residents traveling to the United States. It provides coverage for unexpected medical expenses, emergency medical evacuation, and other essential travel-related benefits during your stay in the U.S.

This plan is available to non-U.S. residents who are at least 14 days old and are traveling to the United States. Green Card/Permanent Resident Card holders are not eligible for this plan.

The plan offers customizable coverage with the following options:​ Medical Maximums: Ages 14 days to 69 years: $50,000; $100,000; $500,000; $1,000,000​ Ages 70 to 79 years: $50,000; $100,000​ Ages 80 years and older: $10,000​ Deductible Options: Ages 14 days to 69 years: $0; $100; $250; $500; $1,000; $5,000​ The plan provides 100% coverage after the deductible is met, up to the medical maximum.

Yes, the plan covers treatment for COVID-19 the same as any other illness, provided the treatment begins after the effective date of the policy.

The plan includes coverage for the acute onset of pre-existing conditions under the following conditions:​ Ages 14 days to 69 years: Up to $25,000​ Ages 70 to 79 years: Up to $2,500​ Ages 80 years and older: Not covered​ An acute onset is defined as a sudden and unexpected emergency due to a pre-existing condition that occurs spontaneously during the period of coverage. It must occur after the first 168 hours (7 days) of coverage, and treatment must be sought within 24 hours.

In addition to medical coverage, the plan includes benefits such as:​ Emergency Medical Evacuation: Up to $250,000 (separate from the medical maximum) Return of Mortal Remains or Local Burial/Cremation: Up to $25,000​ Trip Interruption: Up to $2,500​ Common Carrier Accidental Death and Dismemberment: Up to $20,000 per insured person​ Dental – Sudden Relief of Pain: Up to $100​ Dental – Accident: Up to $250​ For a comprehensive list of benefits, please refer to the plan brochure.

Coverage can be purchased for a minimum of 5 days up to a maximum of 364 days. If you initially purchase less than 364 days, you may extend your coverage in 5-day increments, up to the maximum duration. Extensions are subject to administrative fee.

To file a claim, complete the Claimant's Statement and Authorization form and submit it along with all supporting documents, such as itemized bills and medical records. Claims can be submitted online through the Seven Corners website or by contacting their customer service team.
